I received a defective item (Namaz gown) and reached out via Instagram for a refund or replacement, as the phone and WhatsApp contact numbers listed on your website were unavailable. Unfortunately, Instagram has been my only channel of communication, but the response has been extremely slow and unhelpful.
I clearly mentioned that I will be leaving for Hajj and require a replacement by the evening of April 29th. Since then, there has been no further response from your side.
At this point, I leave the matter with Allah, for He is the most just and all-aware.
